Graphic Designer – Web, Mobile, Print
Gulf Broadcast is seeking a graphic designer to produce best-in-breed web, mobile, and print designs for the company’s various digital properties and its clients. The designer will create, maintain, and implement Gulf Broadcast’s design language and brand guidelines in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing. The designer will also manage outside vendors (contractors, freelancers, and/or agencies) in the development of new designs. Candidates must be incredibly well-organized, communicative, results-driven, and attentive to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Web & Email Templates: headers, buttons, backgrounds, iconography, typography
- Mobile Design: iOS, Android, and mobile web
- Print Design: physical collateral including folders, booklets, flyers, stickers, banners, bags, shirts, etc.
- Production Design: create logos, microsites, and banners
- Tech: slice and annotate designs for use by Tech team in development
- Analytics: use quantitative behavioral data to drive design decisions
- UX/UI: experience in user-experience and interaction design a plus
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (or higher) 3-5 years experience in digital design, mobile design an advantage
- Expert knowledge of modern design software and tools, especially Adobe CS6 (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, InDesign).
- Experience working with small teams in a startup environment
- A passion for trends in web and mobile design
- Must be enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to meet tight deadlines
This is a full-time position, compensated at market competitive rates. Candidates must be available to interview in-person at Gulf Broadcast. This role is based in Bahrain.
