Please join me in welcoming Jiffy Zachariah to Computer Point as the Senior Customer Support Engineer. Jiffy joins us from the thriving film & video industry in Mumbai where he worked for several years with Real Image, the Avid distributor for India.

Jiffy is one of the few Avid Certified Support Representative (ACSR) engineers in the area (if not the only one in the Middle East currently.) His certification covers the Symphony, MediaComposer and Advanced Storage and Networking (Unity) Avid product lines. His experience with Avid products spans over 4 years supporting more than 160 Avid systems in the Mumbai area covering the breadth of the Avid product line.

Due to his dedication to Customer Service, he was awarded the “Outstanding Commitment Award” for 1999 and 2000.

We are certain that he will dedicate himself to excellence in customer support and satisfaction to all of our customers.
